Privacy Policy
Last modified: October 21, 2026 · Governing Entity: Swayd Technologies Inc.
1. Introduction & Scope
At Swayd Technologies Inc. (“Swayd,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we take your privacy and the security of your proprietary brand data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have regarding your personal data when using Swayd Studio (`tryswayd.com`).
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Account & Workspace Information: Your name, business email address, company name, and workspace credentials provided during registration or checkout.
- Brand Assets & Guidelines: Storefront URLs, public social media handles, brand color hex codes, typographic preferences, and uploaded product photography used to configure your Brand DNA.
- Generated Content: Customer quotes mined from public forums, storyboard scripts, slide compositions, and multi-ratio exported assets.
- Payment & Transaction Data: When you purchase a subscription or redeem a code, transaction data is collected directly by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Swayd does not store full credit card numbers or security codes.
3. Merchant of Record Payment Security
Paddle.com Security Compliance:
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to Paddle over secure SSL/TLS connections adhering to PCI-DSS Level 1 specifications.
4. Enterprise Zero-Training Guarantee & Data Isolation
We operate a strict data isolation policy for all customer brand assets, prompt instructions, and generated copy:
- No Model Training: Your private brand guidelines, proprietary product cutouts, and editorial copy are never used to train public foundational AI models.
- Workspace Isolation: All brand assets and mined signals are strictly partitioned by unique workspace identifiers (`workspace_id`). No other customer can access your Brand DNA.
- Encryption at Rest and in Transit: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 standard encryption.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use strictly necessary and functional cookies to authenticate your session, maintain active workspace state, remember your selected layout preferences, and ensure fraud prevention during checkout. We do not sell your personal data or behavioral profiles to third-party ad networks.
6. GDPR & CCPA Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you have statutory rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Right to Access: You may request a complete export of all personal data and brand assets stored in your workspace.
- Right to Rectification: You may update or correct inaccurate profile or billing information at any time from your settings.
- Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): You may request complete deletion of your workspace, brand cutouts, and generated slide history.
- Right to Restrict or Object: You may object to specific processing activities by contacting our privacy team.
You can export your workspace data and start a 30-day reversible account deletion from Settings & Billing. Deletion pauses billing immediately; data remains intact during the grace period and is permanently erased on day 31 unless you reactivate. A minimal hashed record may be retained for tax, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
To exercise any other right, email privacy@tryswayd.com. We respond to all verified consumer requests within thirty (30) days.
