Rather than producing generic, template-driven graphics or brochure claims, Swayd analyzes authentic unprompted customer discussions in your category, extracts your visual Brand DNA directly from your storefront, and generates publication-ready editorial carousels with senior creative direction built into every slide.

  • When you make a targeted point-and-click edit to an existing slide (such as adjusting a headline, swapping a product asset, or modifying a background element), one edit credit is used.
  • Starter includes 60 monthly edit credits; Growth includes 150; Agency includes 450.

    • 3. Merchant of Record Billing (Paddle.com)

    Our order process and recurring billing are conducted by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

    What does "Merchant of Record" mean?

    Paddle.com is the legal entity that processes your payment, calculates and remits local sales tax / VAT worldwide, and appears on your credit card statement as PADDLE.NET * SWAYD.

    Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click from your Command Center billing settings.
  • When you cancel, your account remains active with full access to all features and unused credits until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will never be charged again after cancellation.

    If you are not satisfied with Swayd within 14 days of your initial purchase or upgrade:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

    You own all intellectual property rights to the carousels, text copy, slide layouts, and exported files generated in your Swayd workspace. You are free to publish, syndicate, commercialize, or trademark your content without any royalty fees or attribution requirements.

    Enterprise Zero-Training Guarantee

    Your proprietary brand guidelines, product photography, and generated marketing copy are strictly private to your workspace. Swayd enforces an enterprise zero-training policy (training_opt_out = true), ensuring your data is never used to train public machine learning systems.

    Q1: What happens if I run out of monthly carousel credits?

    You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time from your Command Center with prorated billing handled automatically by Paddle. Alternatively, you can purchase one-off credit packs or apply promotional bonus codes.

    Q2: Can I export carousels in different aspect ratios?

    Yes! Every completed carousel project can be exported in 4:5 Portrait (Instagram & LinkedIn feed), 9:16 Vertical (Instagram Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), and high-resolution multi-page LinkedIn PDFs with native text layers.

    Q3: How do I change my billing payment method or download VAT receipts?

    Every invoice email sent by Paddle contains a secure link to your Paddle Customer Portal, where you can update your payment card, add your company VAT/GST ID, and download official PDF tax invoices.

    Q4: Can I add multiple team members or client brands?

    The Growth Brand tier supports up to 3 distinct brand profiles, each with its own independent Brand DNA and cutout vault. The Scale & Agency tier supports up to 10 brand profiles with role-based workspace governance.
