Swayd now uses a real account session. Your workspace, brands, ideas, projects and credits are private to your account.

1. Create an account

One account owns one workspace. The workspace is created automatically and starts on the Trial plan.

2. Sign in

If you are already signed in, opening /login returns you to the dashboard.

3. Reset a forgotten password

The recovery link can only be used once and expires. If it is expired, request a new one.

4. What is private

Your account can only read and write:

Admin consoles (/admin/*) are restricted to the founder account. A normal account cannot open them, even by typing the URL.

5. Sign out

Use Sign out at the bottom of the left sidebar. Always sign out on a shared computer.

FAQs

Do I need a password?

Yes, for password login. You can also request a recovery link. The founder admin account should use a strong password and may add 2FA later.

Why do I see an empty dashboard?

A new workspace starts with no brands or ideas. Onboard a brand first, then mine signals.

Why did my old bookmarked workspace link stop working?

The workspace is now derived from your signed-in account; you no longer pass a workspace UUID in the URL.

Can I invite a teammate?

Not in this wave. One account owns one workspace. Team membership is a later feature.

I did not get the confirmation or reset email.

Check spam, then use /forgot-password again. Resend is configured for mail.tryswayd.com; do not reply to the sender address. Use hello@tryswayd.com for support.
